Some one changed the pills for his sister in the past to harm the kids at that time he was the one to give that harmful medz to his sis but at the right moment he was able to save his sis and the baby.

Okay, thN building on the hypothesis...probably the everyone at the malliks felt the babies r dropped but it's Shyam who picked the babies tht shyams sister wanted to drop n nurtured them! To outside world, babies r dropped!

Similarly,he will force tanjali to drop babies convincing that thy are not with good shape n when she is convinced to drop,he tries to hide those under his rescue! To arnav n others babies r dropped but actually,thy r with Shyam!!

Doodz you say it is for the future?

So Shyam will give a kahaani to Anjali (bill)..the wrong one. She will believe him cos of Arnav.

So i am guessing, Arnav giving equal priority if not more to Khushi will be twisted by Shyam to make her believe that Arnav is no longer with her and the only person who cares about her is Shyam.

With Anjali in his control, the raizada's weakness being anjali, shyam will finally come close to taking revenge?
