My two cents for the medication:

Anjali is going to meet Shyam.The medicine will come into effect. Shyam will take her to the hospital. Family will reach there and Arnav will try to make mince meat out of him. But the Doctor will come and say if it wasn't for him, Anjali and bab(ies) would have been dead/harmed. Dadi and Anjali will insist on his return. Arnav will have to grudgingly accept. Shyam and Dadi will try to break the wedding, separately/together but will fail.
