NO i think in one of the holy episodes where she had a gateup of nanaji (with moocch) that time SBS/SBB had bye mistake said her name as Khush kumar...it may be a fallout of that..her real surname has not come up in the serial so far..

I think Naresh meant the agreeable blood relation...Like Uncle's daughter...that way Arnav and Khushi will be related in such a way...they can lawfully & rightfully wed...

we never know maybe garima was working for them and she was a lot like khushi and like asr he was attracted to her , i know its a long shot , i am trying to connect garima to the entire past ,she could be who aurat,

maybe dadi said she was after money , and with the accident she does show up with khushi which dadi not allowing her to talk and passes khushi as her child and show her as gold digger

in regection he becomes crazy and to spite he makes sr. maliks likfe a living hell
