And the one thing that is common between both characters...they believe in keeping the family together at the cost of their own happiness. She protects him and he protects her...regardless of the tu tu main main behind closed doors.

Bt everyone does know abt Snakewa n Khushi ... its just Nani n i guess he had told Anjali who know abt his version n Payal also knows bt its just d contract marriage dey dnt nw abt... n as v knw Nani n others may b except Mami n ay b Akash (if he wud again b mad if d topic arises ) n Anjali who wud nt listen anythng against Snakewa until her eyes r open fully ... so dat makes Nani, NK, Payal , Bhuaji, Khushi's parents n Arnav wud stand for Khushi... n ASR as v knw does nt care abt anyone's opinion n wud argue wid Dadi as he had forced Khushi into d contract marriage ... Nani n others wud b angry n upset wid him bt wud b by Khushi"s side

Very well written Eve. I really like that he is so confident that he will set things straight, its not the ego.. its just his belief in himself that he is doing right. Wehn he does realixe he did something wrong, he makes it right! We saw that with La, Payal and now Khushi. He is also the man of few words and his actions speak louder than words. Now, it took a little time to say it in words to Khushi because we need a story and this is a daily soap with a target of atleast 500episodes.

oh yes...he can be very tight lipped when he wants to be..actually he has always been a closed book...be it his or lavanya's relationship...or reasons for marriage and engagement or the reason behind the breakup...and ofcourse his wedding to Khushi..its like what i do in my personal space is my own problem...you need not know or bother about it...

Its not that he did not realise his mistake..he did and he does...but as you point out its a saga...and each day has to have a highlight...or the show will fall flat...you have to dole out the highlighs day by day...week by week...😆

knowing about Shyam chasing Khushi is ok...that does not put Khushi in bad light..but hearing from a husband's mouth that he got married to his wife coz he thought she was having an affair can have its own repurcussions...that may plant a seed of doubt..put her in the circle of suspicion again...and again...why even broach this subject now...this painful chapter has been closed...and cant we feel ASR's pain here and his belief that silence is golden in this case..Khushi's family will be on her side...but she has to live her whole life in his household..and such a disclosure can harm her further...

Hey Evy ...thanks for the post...I do agree that not revealing the contract wedding is justified but dont think reason is dadi.but everything to do with everyone else...he is wrong for having forced khushi even though in his mind he was justified in anger...but if the truth does come out and I have a feeling it will...it affects his sister...everyone is trying to keep her happy ...keep from mentioning shyams name..it will be raking up the past and hurting her...then there is Akash, if akash finds out that he blackmailed khushi regarding breaking aakash and payal's wedding...aaksh will be upset that his own brother could stoop that low. Nani will be upset too...

As ASR is, he does not feel the need to rake up the past...ASR thinks ...he moves forward... according to him..its done...nothing can be changed ...lets move on.. philosphy...

if the contract marriage comes out... its not important...because shymas truth is out...ASR admitted to his sister he married khushi for her...so nothing can come out of it...moreover khushi 's worries wont end if the truth comes out...dadi hates her not because of how khushi married aSR but what happened with shyam...dadi will always find something else to insult her with...noone else is mad at her ..be it because of the marriage or anything else...its only dadi.

But yes, ASR 's apology is much needed...he needs to apologize either way...the marriage was and always will be between the two of them...whether anyone else finds out will not matter. Just my two cents...Evy thanks for letting me rant😃
