I am thoroughly embarrassed now Manju and Hiru . You are too generous in your praise.

Coming back to the marriage topic, you are absolutely right about the sanctity of marriage being eroded. The problem is that people are living a fast life. We have no patience. So if anything is not working, people tend to either end it without even trying to make it work or they deviate to infidelity.

Marriage is not the only way of being / proving truthful. But like you said somethings are ingrained in our blood and we can't get them out of our system. This is the very reason why we have even the most cynical of women dreaming of being loved and accepted. We all are looking for acceptance- both men and women.

For me marriage is more like a closure. It is yes, of course a beginning of life together but I somehow feel that it is a conclusion. I believe in Churchill's comment, "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning".

You are so right, green it is! we want to see the green of hope and justice and they insist on showing us the green of envy!!

@bold, such a simple fact but so unfathomable for the CVs.

Anyway ladies, I need to go and take care of life, so adieu, and thanks once again Hiru for such a beautifully written post and everyone who has expressed their views.

Rima, I love your son. Give him a forehead kiss from me.

Now guys, this talk about marriage has whetted my appetite for weddings. I love weddings. Specially indian weddings- the color, the music, the glamor, the food, the atmosphere, it is truly an out of the world experience. In Indian weddings, more than the bride and groom, it is the family and friends who enjoy more.

I am going to hit the back now but before I do here is one of my favorite "Indian wedding" songs "Kawa Kawa Kawa" from one of my favorite wedding movies, "Monsoon wedding".

Enjoy the soundtrack and dream about the big fat Indian wedding of Arnav Singh Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta (Singh Raizada).

Goodnight- Hiru, Manju, Sudha, Rima, Fuzzbucket, and every body else. I love you all, damn it. 🤗

Im talking about the trps audience dont get confused with IF members please
What is being shown : ASR's pain is mostly related with the past not much with the present. Where as its Khushi's pain which the audience relates to. The Dadi drama was really quite predictable & seems as if Shyam had planned it with her.

I have never come on the forum before MU i came after it so for me the problem started during the MU where the trps have always been low my hope was Gul interview regarding redemption - yes im a fool to believe that, now i think the interview was fake just to sell their 6 month hate marriage theory.

Redemption is the only trp shooter no other way out.
The messages they are promoting through the show are not good especially that live in relationship is accepted & khushi ASR marriage is not - why glorify something which may be true in the society.

Like majority i watch the show just for SaRun & with the hope some mircale happens - the CV's finally bend to trp audience demands.

I actually love the clash of ideologies theme.. for ASR it is important that he loves her nothing else matters and for her her beliefs and rituals matter .. these are two very different kind of people fallen in love with each other..that was the initial theme of the story Dil Vs Dimaag and they have gone back to the same track.. i am simply loving the post kidnapping track.. dont know much about TRP audience and dont care.. i watch it for its uniqueness and freshness.. if i wanted to see a normal love story i can switch to innumerable other channels..i am proud to be a part of the 2.7 TRP audience rather than those 4.0 TRP audience who feed on the saas bahu crap daily.. or beta's who are always either lovey dovey or maa ka ladla's..Barun/sanaya are good looking no doubt but so are many other actors on television ...what sets them apart is the characters they are potraying of a simple girl and a very complex and flawed character but who has his heart in the right place falling in love with each other..the very reason ASR is a phenomenon today and the typical suraj/virens are not.. no offence intended...

Dear, I think you were talking specifically about ASR and Khushi's marriage, while I was generally sermonising😃

If ASR values Khushi and her feelings then he should certainly marry her properly. If he respects her and intends to uphold her dignity in front of the family, he should marry her properly.

@red, If Churchill said it and you believe it, I accept it😃

Bye darling, I need to log off now, see you tomorrow!

totally agree with your each and every word. brilliant post!

i was so disappointed when there was no realization of khushi's innocence to asr and his love fr her by cvs although they were sharing love-hate relationship. for me , it HAS to be shown that 'how you find our your pure love and passion frm extreme hatred'. but they never show us , and i stooped expecting frm CVs.

and logic , 'khushi is always the one to be suffered' - fed me up!

i would have loved to see asr kidnapped by someone frm his past and past would be relived along with shyam's true face . that will me more interesting other then the shyam kidnapped asr crap!!

asr - the business tycoon has no brain !! shyam should be sent to jail. then it will be a story that shyam escaped frm jail and come back again. but the crap that asr just him thrown out of his home without doing anything , so ill logical.

dadi , she left her grandchildren with nani and suddenly she came and asking wht is happening in the family just coz she is elder ?? such a crap.

why there is such a mess?? so many tracks??? why ?? it feels so messed up!!!!!!!

i love some part of epi. but i cant rewatch it again and again just like i rewatch the scenes before their marriage. something is there that holding me back frm loving it FULLY!
yeah , no wonder trp are low.
