I hv felt same way...and the difference shows between elders actors and youngers..I m totally surprised they even hv time to browse first page of any news paper???😲.. even they dont know current president name...the questions are very general..and evry indian shud know this...for me it is a big issue...that the person dont hv any knowledge abt his/her own country...as per I know actors r described as intellectual class...is it?😕...this is only my POV...thanks for the post..

So what?

President Pranab Mukherjee just came into office last month. Other than his hyped election, he hasn't made much of a public appearance.

We know about him because we watch tv 24X7.

These actors spend their time on set from morning 9 to evening 9. Do you really expect them to come home and follow news everyday?

And they just missed some few questions. I don't think even you would know certain answers if I really start grilling you about our independence.

I feel very bad to read this...bcoz this is not appreciable that we cannt do...for me it is shame...As I m nt in india...I hv tried to these which u mean "very trivial" things to teach my kid..as I feel it shud be known..and It is my view only..
