He probably feels that if it wasn't for this CM he wouldn't have this relationship based on mutual love and trust which he values even more than a tradional marriage with rasams which he he has been witness to failure. It will take someone like Shyam to reveal about the CM and make Arnav realize that there wasn't much difference between the way they both treated Khushi. Khushi loves Arnav and has chosen to forgive his digressions for the sake of this love, but when the truth comes out, the others will not be so forgiving.

I know i am in the minority but at the risk of being ambushed i would like to say that i agree with ASR's decision on not revealing the truth bt contract marriage to everyone. Some of the reasons are selfish & some are pragmatic.

Let me try & list them out.

Till now everyone has been thinking that they are married. Just that since both are young without the guidance of elders they missed out a few rituals. That's it. Even now Nani or Anji ve not questioned the sanctity of their marriage. Just that being traditional Indians they prefer to complete all the religious rituals. They thought that they married out of love but due to ASR's atheist ideology dint perform any religious rituals. Remember Mangalsutra & sindoor are not rituals but just visual proof of marriage. It's the mantras, poojas & pheres which r religious & ritualistic. So they think they are married in the true sense just that they ve not done the religious rituals & that's the open loop that they want closed. If ASR now reveals the contract marriage thingy they ll now never consider them married in the true sense. The entire marriage becomes a farce & not out of love. They ve not questioned ARHI's love for each other. But this truth ll sow seeds of doubt in their minds about their love & they may not b convinced enuf to get them married.

Kushi's family till now ve always thought that ASR married Kushi out of love. Now aft this truth is revealed they ll never believe that ASR loves Kushi & ll flatly refuse to play ball.

Now to the repercussions on Kushi aft the truth. Finding out that they r married for eternity but dint follow any Hindu marriage customs is still ok with the society. Many lovers perform court/register marriage but dont bother with the rituals. But imagine the reaction of relatives & the society when word comes out (& believe me it ll) that Kushi agreed to marry ASR for just 6 mths. Imagine the fallout. It makes her look like a wh**e. Plz i am NOT saying she is a wh**e. But that's how the society ll perceive her. A girl with loose morals who is ready to live with a guy for just 6 mths on a contract basis provide all kinds of service (u can understand what services they are) & then moves out. Ppl ll accuse that she did it for money. Why even Mami & Dadi in RM ll say this.

Sometimes its better not to say the truth. Do we always speak only the truth in real life. Have we never lied for the sake of our near & dear ones. Believe me the humiliation that ll b heaped on Kushi for agreeing to this contract marriage would b worse than what she is being subjected to now for not taking the pheres.

You ppl r suffering frm the illusion that once Bua et al get to know that she did this for the sake of Payal they ll support her. All i can say is BULL CRAP. Even in the v 1st episode Kushi went to meet Payal's inlaws for some property. She had the best intentions & was trying to help Payal. But did she get any credit. She was blamed for Payal's wedding getting stopped. Believe me here these selfish morons ll not support her. They ll only say who gave u the right to take a major decision.

Finally imagine the impact on Akash on Payal when they learn this. All this while Akash has always respected & loved ASR. If he comes to know that his loving bro threatened to stop his wedding what would be his reaction? Yeah now every one knows the truth but at what cost. Akash ll never believe, love or respect his brother after this. He may even walk out of the house. Anjali ll b shaken & traumatized that her brother did all this for her sake. She has already lost her hubby & now imagine the impact on her if the family breaks/falls apart. No one ll ve peace of mind. All those wonderful relationship between ASR & the rest of the family ll b damaged beyond repair. Do u think ARHI ll b able 2 live happily aft all this.

Yeah that's a selfish motive for ASR. But arent we all selfish in love. Why are ppl behaving as if in real life we are all saints. Have we never lied to our family, loved ones etc. To maintain the harmony within the house/family we adults always lie on a regular basis. To in laws, to parents, to spouse, to siblings, to kids. If everyone starts speaking only the truth the fabric of family & society w'd simply disintegrate.

Again I am bored when ppl go on & on bt how Kushi was abused & humiliated. Lets not over dramatize. That's Anji's department. Here only Dadi was abusing Kushi & her family. None of the Raizadas abused her or her family. Nani & Di were only angry that Kushi being a traditional girl dint insist that ASR follow the rituals. Thats it. It was only Dadi & her acid tongue. And has that hag ever had anything good to say bt anyone. She even bloody abused ASR's mom for god's sake. What do u expect frm that hag?

I am tired of this constant war cry of truth & nothing but the truth. As if in real world we all speak only the truth. This is not SACH KA SAMNA where u win millions for speaking the truth.

Here ASR ll only invite more troubles for himself, Kushi & the rest of the family by speaking the truth. Nani ll never ever respect Kushi again aft this. So what next. If shyam kidnaps Shashi & tells Kushi that he ll release him only if she has sex with him ll she comply. As i said this whole contract truth ll never evoke sympathy for Kushi. It ll only make her look bad in everyone's eyes.

I know its a damn long post. But couldn't help writing this! TRUTH is not appropriate at all times & all places!

The writers made Khushi spineless. Khushi is such a brave soul. Actual Khushi would not have said the 'I love U" part as it was shown. I am very disaapoined in Khushi today. There is much more to Khushi than the stupid Love U.
