Upload the pic on any sharing site eg.imgur.com.
Copy the link for message box from there.It wil be with ths [IMG ] and [/ IMG] Tags.
Then go to ur friends profile->Testimonials.And then paste the full link. And send it.😃

Once ur friend accept it..it wil show in hs/her testimonials.
