.I just found out the reason

to show a baby bump they need cushions like these

and as we all know that the sets of IPKKND have cushion like these
as shown in the tellychakkar interview!!
lOOk at these cushions...
the ones Barun Karan and Akshay used as frizbee...
so I think the reason is that one !!!!
