When the concept of IPKKND was first being played around with, the main thing everyone on the creative team decided on was that IPKKND was a story that needed a flawed male lead. We wanted to create a character that was neither the hero nor the main antagonist in the story.

No human being is perfect, everyone is flawed in some way. It was important for us to reflect this in the characters of IPKKND. There has been many discussions posted discussing ASR's style of redemption, some completely loving it and others disliking it. In order to understand the things ASR does and says it is important to understand that ASR will always be ASR with a bit of "Arnav" sneaking past his cold exterior every once in awhile. ASR is supposed to be a complete jerk, he is cold and ruthless when he wants something or someone.

Furthermore, Arnav WILL redeem himself properly but for now enjoy the nok-joks!

And another issue that MUST be addressed! Barun's hair! The reason that that man does not get a haircut is because he needed to maintain the length for his movie! Maybe he'll get a haircut in the future, maybe not...we have rights over ASR but Barun has rights over his hair! Trust us the hair situation drives us all insane! Maybe we should write a haircut scene in the show! 😉

Also we would like to thank all the viewers for watching and showing immense support for IPKKND. We absolutely love reading your posts!

P.S. Don't miss today's episode! We can just foresee people smiling in front of the idiot box today!

Cheers!

Are You Sure Arnav Will Redeem Himself ??
The Story Keeps Changing Most Of The Time.

May Be There Are Plans To Cancel The Redemption Track - I hope not though.

ya.. even I always wanted a strong intense redemption track.. hope, they didn't mean his redemption to be those rituals that he did for khushi in the past few weeks.. 😆

Well...Redeem ASR...But do make sure that his redemption does not reduce him to another of those cliched SP heroes...When IPK began...In spite of his many flaws..an aura was associated with the man..And many were simply attracted to that..IPK is not a moral science class nor a Nari Mukti Morcha...ASR should regret what he has done with Khushi..But the true flavor of the characters..both ASR and Khushi must persist...Otherwise I as a ASR fan..would be disappointed..

PS:What kind of redemption do people want,BTW??!!The mighty ASR towel dancing for his love in front of hundreds..Does not that prove that he has accepted Khushi..warts and all??!!That every action that hurt Khushi is regretted and he's trying to give every happiness to her..I really need a definition of "Redemption" now...

kill.me. but 😆I loved his mujhse shaadi karoge dance. Even mighty business tycoons do act goofy in love😳...I quite enjoyed it...

I don't know what redemption means...but regretting his actions...what people "do" not "say" matters to me, in life in the movies...in books... and nothing about mukti morcha but he has taken her for granted and humiliated her by his actions which he now realizes but it hasn't been shown in the show as much till recently. That she loves such a man is besides the point.

If he loves her I would hope he makes up for his mistakes and treats her with the respect she should get. Saying sorry, i love you doesn't count...but doing something about it counts...and he's started...I think... loved the stars moment (have a weakness for stars as I live by the ocean, a starry sky is breathtakingly beautiful...)...and being so thoughtful...I think they will have some absolutely smashing moments going forward...

Overall its a love story na yaar...

That is the problem lies phangirls may watch the show to drool on ASR but general audience doesnt. Take my word for it, I have seen many leaving the show when they skipped the bloody redemption or made it a ASR style redemption...Audience is not a idiot to take blackmail in the name of nok jhok or say it is a ASR style redemption...

Please IPK is not about drooling and phangirling it is a prime time show and TV as a medium and channel have some responsibilities to project a correct picture...why was Kyunki off air and SP needed a revamp...the Image of SP was at stake...

Barun is not a good dancer so he came out odd...why dont ppl have a problem with Sanaya dancing like mad at times...what is wrong if ASR danced and mimicked a star which Khushi likes. Doesn't her happiness means the world to him...

The 2 minute apology was the redemption which the TM wanted to say...that was blink an miss affair...😡
