Just watched some of the old scenes of IPK..

The way ASR killed Khushi spirit when he got married to her..

When he punished her for no fault of her own..

When she was hated by everyone for no mistake of hers...

So the problem dear CVs and PH here is-

YOU GUYS WERE SOOO IMPACTFULLL AND SI AND BS SOOO SKILLED IN THOSE SCENES...that we FELT KHUSHI'S PAIN...WE FELT HER ANGUISH...YOU GUYS DID A BRILLIANT JOB THEN...And we all remember that...

I think creating those good impactful scenes has turned out to be a double edge sword...We sooo feellt for Khushi then that it hurt us...And so we want some closure to be brought to the poor li'l Khushi...

We want Guptas to at least be angry, and Payal be extremely upset, at ASR for doing this TO HER SISTER...We want SOMEONE other than ASR (the victimizer himself) to stand up for Khushi...WE want KHUSHI TO BE SUPPORTED and COMFORTED AND her family and Raizadas realilzing the sacrifice she made...

ASR IS LOVABLE...BUT HE IS GUILTY...HE IS GUILTY OF PUNISHING KHUSHI.... chanas and golgappas dont make up even one bit for the slander he bestowed on Khushi...And standing up for ur wife cannot count as an act of regret- when the husband is well...supposed to...do that anyway...!

yeah thats why i don't watch those painful scenes.makes me reallly sad for khushi😭

she did all that for both families what she got NOTHING😕

Completely agree but their's no point in considering all this now, The CV's are playing this game where they show a track,than leave it hanging.Basically leave it and go in to another new one to bring TRP's. God, I'm so annoyed, Just don't expect any thing from the CV's. Iss Pyaar is their "Baby" so they know what their doing! 😃 Sorry if i sound slightly pessimistic :|

I think you are looking at too superficially. You must appreciate the significance of his actions in the greater context to understand that this is indeed redemption. The channe and gol gappes are indeed objects, but they show that he cares and is willing to change for her. He understood the sari's and the designer bags did not work her, so he amended his ways and bought her things that she would LOVE. Do you not see the way he stands there in the corner with a huge smile on his face at making his wife happy? Khushi is always giving, giving to everybody, but Arnav want's to give to Khushi. That is his first step to redemption.

By far the biggest thing he did, that proved to me he was guilty of the husband he was but is trying to improve is the scene where he tells Khushi his mother committed suicide when he was 14 years old. Arnav always had 30 metre thick walls around himself. He did not want to share his woes, he did not want to be vulnerable in front of anyone except his Di. He hated giving that kind of power to anyone. When he told Khushi that, that for me said so many things.He trusts his wife with his number one weakness, her cried in front her. The tough might ASR, was not afraid to show vulnerabilities. That for me is the greatest redemption there ever was.

He is dealing with his guilt in a progressive way, he is trying to rectify previous wrongs by fixing them now, instead of begging for forgiveness for yesterday.

Completely agree with you! It really bothers me that he hasn't even said sorry to her for that fateful night! I also completely agree with you that husbands are supposed to stand up for their wives. There is nothing heroic about it. And, this is the least he can do for Khushi after all that she has done for him.

Yes a sorry would be nice, but I think it will come in time. I also believe actions speak louder than words. So even if he didn't say it and looked at Khushi with those regret filled eyes I would be like "Chalo maaf ki diya"BAHAHA.
