Khushi has been taking care of Arnavs plants/garden for a while now so she could have planted flowers. Or there is a separate garden. You have to use your imagination for things like this. Do you really want the show to waste 5 mins of airtime showing us where the flowers came from. Not every single moment of all the characters lives can be shown on tv. Not possible.

as we relate so much to the serials we expect them to do so...
