I dont know what English word i can replace with "kundrandum" but "mangatholi" means Mango Skin - its used for funny /sarcastic situations usually not for replacing the word love - but here it is so apt coz god knows what kind of saintly love is Khushi's and Arnav's 😆

In Urdu its the same "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon" These languages are so same in speaking except for the change in few words, thats sometimes I am amazed at what differs it!
