in the morning scene, when arnav came closer to khushi (rabbaveying with her ), and then came the knock on the door he was super angry.. u can see from the side , that he clenched his teeth.. and how angrily he asked kaun hai.. he really is tired of all the interruption when he is about to have an intimate moment with her/
