I am sorry but that one really lost me. We shouldn't compare the two because one is defined as a villain and the other as hero, so what if their actions are the same.

To me, as Swathi has earlier said, Shyam may be the better of the two in the current circumstances. Itching he understood Khushi a lot better than Arnav seems to do! And if he I'd all that crap because he was crazy about Khushi and we vilified him, then when Arnav commits dastardly acts by her and accuses her, why should he be allowed to o scot free? Simply because he is the hero?

If the behaviour is the same, then why condemn one & condone the other?

LOL..There was this thread few days back where some girl compared ASR to Christian Grey, so I got curious to know who was this Christian gray guy, please pardon me that I did not know who he was ,so I googled him and what I found out was really shocking.
I mean what the hell is wrong with people ?
Some BSDM book taking over Harry Potter ?
Girls at IF comparing Christian Grey with ASR ?

lines get blurred between fictiion and reality of the 2 and yes also right and wrong and sometimes i wonder too how blind can women be that they dont even wish to see a blatant injustice happening all because it impinges and impedes on their personal fantasy
Lovely reply😊

You don't need to be sorry for something you have no hold over.
It was just so crude and shocking to know that young girls think like that and are not willing to differ between fact and fiction.😲

There are definite similarities between Shyam and the way ASR is being portrayed these days. Arnav has been manipulating Khushi these past few days, understanding her weaknesses and using them against her. Of course, he IS doing this out of love and not any other ulterior motives, but we can't deny the fact that his inherent ASR'ness (that power and arrogance that comes with it) is playing a major role here as well. He knows he can control her and he's using that to his advantage, which is probably worse than what Shyam was doing because at least Shyam isn't the hero.

I wish they wouldn't drag out this whole fiasco and put in filler scenes to entice the fans. It's time for that separation so Arnav can have a chance to redeem himself in Khushi's eyes and ours.

Hello my dear, hope you are doing well 🤗 Your impression of their posts are SO bang on, just hysterical!

I thought something similar when Shyam was hurling insult after insult at Khushi in that dreadful episode...that I've heard this before. Oh right, from the hero's mouth..."you are characterless, you are a gold-digger, you have no class, you are cheap, you are a servant, you will do anything for money, to marry a rich man." It feels like ASR's verbal abuse was much worse than Shyam's. But he is excused and even justified because "that's just his character" and "he had a difficult past" and the best one, "because he loves her." Such great arguments, how can you respond to that Swathi?

I want to add that I want Arnav and Khushi together obviously, they are the leads. I know Shyam is the villian because of what he did to Khushi's dad. But when you look at their behavior towards Khushi specifically...it is quite similar...both are attracted to her, both see her as a prized possession, both often force themselves on her. Only difference is Khushi loves one of them and hates the other. But that doesn't justify their actions.

Robert is about a billion times more popular worldwide than Barun (and every other celebrity in India). So if Shenaz whats-her-name said she's getting death threats, I shudder to think exactly what Kristen is getting. Fans have no right getting involved in their personal business. Its not Twilight, this is real life. It is baffling. I'm sure even the actors themselves feel sorry for such delusional fans. When reality hits them, they will hopefully grow up.

Sorry for my off topic comment :

Sometimes I get good lough when I hear somebody is saying, " I am getting death threat " !

People used to be scared of this word but now a days it is actually used for PR , gaining publicity and media attention !

Good lord , have mercy on us :)

ASR is creating circumstances to force Khushi to come back to RM and forget the contract and become his wife forever without gaining her trust?

However, is ASR justified just because his love is pure? So we think? Because Khushi also seems to love him back? And if forced enough a girl will give in to a guy's whims?

Isn't that what thousands of road-side romeos believe? Tease a girl enough and she will begin to like it?

I am not comparing ASR to a road-side romeo but his ways seem no different at the moment.

First...Road side romeo now that is a phrase i have not heard in a long time..took me back to atime where wall flowers hung around going tch sh,,shsh...baby...and the whistle any romeo worth his salt had mastered...ok i digress...
if we were to compare ...i would say as it stands Shyamu was pure in his luv toward Kushi...as in yes he did manipulate...la did da...but that was because he was blinded by her ...love or lust who is to tell but the man understoon who she was a lot more...who took the time to study her...and then love her as much as his socio pathic self would allow...in that manner he was pure and khushi was the mans undoing...his hitherto...well programmed life came apart...
Shyam has been a well developed charactor by the cv's i think their best where as with ASR...i am not sure what to make of it...
Infact I am willing to bet if Shyam was infact intorduced as the Hero (anit hero)...and better stil Sobti played him..what say we weoul have many calling for Khushi to give him a chance to heal him...and justifying his broken past...
