Yes inconsistency is still there... Yesterday ASR laid his intentions out to Khushi, though not clearly.. but he will one day before the contract ends !!
Khushi is herself not sure what made her leave RM.. these 10 days will make her realize her true feelings... Some days back ANjali had made Arnav see his true image in the mirror and this time it will be Arnav who will help Khushi see the reality... She will at some point start thinking about her life... at some point she will break the barriers... at some time these two will breakdown...

Months ago..in November 2011..I saw a promo playing in Star Plus...where a visibly devastated,suave,young guy is questioning a petite girl standing in front of him..both looking hurt..both in anguish..in pain about why she got engaged to someone else other than him??I had seen numerous promos of different SP shows play out before..I had ignored them in my own cynical manner..But that day..that particular day..Something shook me..Maybe the handsome guy...maybe the fire in the chemistry between the two leads,maybe the dialogues...or maybe just because of the scene itself..I fell in love with this Odyssey called IPK..😳

Cut to 1^st August 2012...It's been months...The months between have been turbulent..sometimes sunny...sometimes overcast with clouds of Misunderstanding...sometimes utterly nonsense...Sometimes the leads' performance or sometimes the execution have been a sore point with me...But what has remained true to the core and has always stood out??Well my friends..you guessed it right..Has the story of two "star-crossed"lovers changed??Nope..Not for a moment..And today..I got my answer to my love for this show...Today once again IPK justified why it is different!!😃

I am running a fever guys...But after watching an episode of such immense pulchritude...My excitement to reserve a space and post my two cents about the episode has reached at fever-pitch...I won't be going into detailed analysis...Just the points that shook me...

I hope I don't have to explain who the above quote stands true for..Years ago..When I was six years of age..I had lied to my parents...The lie wasn't damaging..Infact it was totally insignificant...But my father didn't talk to me for a whole day...I didn't cry..I was just hurt..It stirred my young psyche.. Today as I look back...Do I get the reasons behind that behaviour of my father?Hell yea!!

Khushi probably has the purest heart in IPK...The innocent child woman is the last person to think about herself...Whatever comes upon her..She has always put up a jaunty and zany face and fought through every peril...Orphaned at a tender age..She has been lucky enough to be brought up by a loving family..She has received high moral values...Culture and traditions are held in high esteem by her...So far everything well and good...

But what makes her lie then??For a girl with such high moral values...Isn't it a bit strange that she's lying at every point!!She's lying to every single person around her..She's lying to her aged Amma-Bauji-who definitely is not in the pink of his health...She's lying to the loving Naniji'...she's lying to Di..she's lying to Jiji-Jijaji and hell yea...The most important person in her life.Arnavji...

Now I know one can counter my point saying.."She's lying for a purpose..she's lying to cover a stigma'"But friends'what have we learnt when we were young??A lie is a lie...Whatever the circumstances might be...Resorting to lies can never be fruitful..On the contrary...it can always make a pig's ear of a situation...Today once again she was misunderstood by Anjali...In turn...She jeopardized her husband's relationship with his sister all over again...One lie to cover the other..She lies about going to the hospital..then she fakes a fracture...How can one justify all the lies??Tell me friends...at the end of the day..Is she playing fair??She's probably committing the biggest blunder of her life by taking refuge behind a stack of lies and some more lies...

The jist of what I mean is..Khushi has been wronged by Arnav many ways..But the world is not Arnav...She's like an open book to Arnav...He can see through her lies...and he can make her realize her lies..He'll scold her...but would also be her mirror..Just like today...But the whole world is not her Arnavji..No one will care to bring her out of her ocean of lies...specially the people who feels that their trust has been broken by her...

A year ago..love blossoming in the life of the suave and young businessman ASR seemed a chimera...That distant dream was brought to life by a nave girl called Khushi'If ASR was the answers to Khushi's prayers'Khushi was probably the dreams of the late mother of ASR for her beloved son come true...

And indeed love has made the astute ASR travel a long way...He has fallen for Khushi in a very unique way...The tough crust that enshrouded his soft heart wore away...It took time...but it did go away'And today he's left with love,love and lots of love for his Khushi..

Cut to today's episode...I know many are upset with the way ASR behaved with Khushi...Now if you watch the last 5 minutes of the episode with all your rapt attention..I hope you'll get all your answers...Every single dialogue spoke of the anguish...the pain that both these lovers have to go through...Fate has a cruel way of playing its cards...Even a few months ago..ASR wanted "Chutkara"from Khushi...and today the same man has to eat his own words...he has to stop his wife to give him "chutkara"

Yes..Today every single words spoken by ASR was cruel,hard-hitting..but my friends...if you try to read between the lines...you'll see what was this man trying to do since the beginning..He knows his wife too well..He knows his soft,mushy words can never bring Khushi back to RM'and so he has to go the hard way'Make Khushi realize'"Tum har kam akeli nahi kar sakti.."indeed'Khushi can never ever sever all ties by herself...She can't get away lying...She can't run away from the man she is destined to be with!!

That's ASR for you guys!!Cruel,arrogant,cynical but always speaking the harsh truth!!

In the middle of all the serious talks..Let's not forget ASR wiping those tiny droplets of water from her neck..A small but significant scene...Once again it comes dows to realization...ASR wanting Khushi to realize that HE affects her'as much as she affects him..That the feeling is entirely mutual..That the passion is burning inside BOTH of them...

What can I say about performances...Barun Sobti..If possible take back your words..when you said.."Anyone can play ASR.."It must be the joke of the century...😆Anyone can definitely play ASR..but no one can breathe such a life into ASR as you do!!For a year you've basically lived the man...I don't have many words to praise your acting skills!!The smooth transition from humour to intense drama was absolutely eloquent👏

Sanaya..Once again she has justified her role'You shut your critics once again...You're a comedianne per excellence...But you excel in intense scenes too..Way to go girl!!👏

I was in a mood to send my personal "love letter"to Arshad Khan..But I guess we have a telepathy!!Today's execution improved by leaps and bounds'👏

Though believe me...You can still do better!!😉

Anjali is not my forte...So am not touching that point...Not when I'm running a high fever and watery eyes😃

Guys...for the wonderful episode that today was dished out to us..I could go on and on...But let's call it a day today!!😉
