No Teej for Khushi?why did you skip it? NEW NOTE

Constantly assuring fans that Anjali is not the lead t and this isn't Didi Ki Saut doesn't really help.

ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS and the CVs have proved it.

UPDATED:Teej was on 22nd July and RB is on 2nd August. There is a TC article about RB plans.

As someone pointed out, the new article states that Khushi is helping Arnav, they are together. So it doesn't necessarily mean they have skipped Teej. But then...why is there no news of any Teej plans but there's already an article on RB?

I just checked a few sources and this what I have found out. Please pardon me if there is any factual error.

There is also a festival called Karvachaut ( which happens in November) where women fast for their husbands just like they do in Teej.

In IPKKND there was no Karvachaut celebrations last year so I am guessing the Raizada's don't observe the Karvachaut or maybe the cvs didn't show it for some reason.

But Teej was celebrated in a big way.

Some members have pointed out that Karva chaut is mostly celebrated in Punjab and Raizadas and Gupta's are from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh where Teej is celebrated.

It is also about closing the loop. Khushi / Payal were unmarried at that time but they still fasted for their future husbands. Both ASR and Akash were there and ASR even broke Khushi's fast. This was Devi Maiyya's wish. That was a very significant moment in IPKKND. ASR also didn't believe in such rituals at that time.

It's not about whether Raksha Bandhan is more important or Teej is. One is meant for husband and wife and the other is for bro-sis.

Both are beautiful traditions and have its own importance. If they want to incorporate Karvachaut, it's fine but why skip Teej?

I didn't know there are three different dates for Teej. One comes before RB and the other two comes after RB. 😳 According to Aishu30, IPKKND follows UPwala Teej since they are from Lucknow ( either on August or September ).

But last year they followed the one which is observed before Raksha Bandhan, the one in July. Why are they changing it this year.

If the cvs show Teej after RB, it's good but why is there so much inconsistency ? Can't they follow one date for Teej every year?

They are probably going to opt for a later date of Teej for Shyam's comeback. Because Anjali will surely fast ( that's what most people are predicting here).

They are changing dates for Anjali...just like they turned Payal's birthday into Khushi's birthday.

How about maintaining the date for Arhi's sake for a change?
