I know and you know what some of the phangiruls have come and advised saying they know the meaning of husband and about relationships and they would like hubby like ASR...it seems we are the fools who don't understand!!!!

I just felt so sad for them...and its so sad that not even knowing they want to comment on tumultuous relationship...it was so below the belt

Hi Nisha and Suma! Nisha and Suma, the BBC series are worth watching! Will check out all the titles next time I go to the British Library and send you the list, Nisha. I fell in love with Colin Firth after I watched P&P. Have you watched North and South? I loved the screen adaptation more than the book. Too good these movies were. Tangy, you seemed to have a great time! It sounds perfect. And I didnt want to talk about ASR's back much ummm because it seemed quite revolting to me. Umm perhaps the picture wasn't clear but I think his back had ummm few rashes. It was squeaky clean as I had imagined. Again maybe it is my imagination and I read too much into it. I would go back to my old statement and say that i still love ASR fully clothed in his 3piece suites, jelled hair and smirk in place.

Hello Lovely ladies🤗

Just got back from work nd logged in and read the LU and my heart soared! What a lovely episode, thank you CVs from the bottom of my heart! Thank God I lived till this day to see a scene of such breathtaking beauty!

Jalebis have been replaced by Kheer, is it a cost cutting measure? Mehangai maar gayi?

Jalebi bai replaced by Pudding Poojali/Kheer Khujhaali, I just bought a packet of Claritin(anti allergy tablets), even reading the LU made me break out in hives!

What lovely sentiments, wife can dance like a monkey and work like a donkey while the sister can sit on her throne and spoon pudding with all her love into the wife's husband's mouth.!!

Unfortunately the purpose of my life is not to watch such inordinately beautiful scenes, so I am stopping watching IPK as of today! Sorry Annie, you wanted me to watch, but I have better things to do with my life.In fact I will get rid of my Virgin Asian network, will save me 15 very month, it will go towards a nice Christmas dress .. I have accepted that Anjali/Arnav love story is the greatest in the world but it is not my cup of tea! In fact everyone should boycott it for a week and also stop discussing on the forum. Complete pin drop silence!

North and South is sooo good!! Richard Armitage really nails it as Mr.Thornton. i totally fell in love with the whole adaptation that I've watched it like a 50 times till date...Same goes with all the other period adaptations...some just surpass the book and are more likeable than the book.
I'd suggest you to watch Gywneth's Emma and the 2009 adaptation of Emma too if you love Jane Austen. Both are beautifully made. And so are those by other authors like Our mutual friend, Wives and Daughters, etc..

Coming to ASR's back, don't let anyone in the main forum see your reply...or we would have an army of 'love- bare-torsoed ASR' fans on our case within no time.😆

Have I watched North & South...probably 100 times.
I absolutely love Richard Armitage. I liked him so much when I first saw North & South that I followed his other shows...I didnt watch Robin Hood but I did watch MI5 and Strike back.He is so damn GOOD. If you saw him in strike back you would not believe he is 40...He is so damn FINE.

Arnav's back looked gross...lets not bring up such unpleasant topics when speaking of Richard Armitage. God I still remember this one time in strike back when he was bound and he was actually being tortured and I now I shouldnt think he is hot considering the torture and all but what the hell he looked so damn yummy. 😆

I am in full agreement with you dear. This is the only place on this forum where I can vent my frustration and expect sensible replies back.
A million 🤗 to Annie for giving this platform to us

I have an unrequited crush on Richard Armitage from the time I saw the North and South mini-series. He's beyond awesome! Have you seen his off-screen interview regarding the climax scene in North and South?. The way he says that he enjoyed doing it so 😳
