Before I start let me first write a few lines on a serious note (well as serious as I can be). Redux is a unique and wonderful platform where we all gather to express our views about IPK. I know yesterday we had a long discussion about the characterization of Khushi. I just want to show my POV here. Why should Khushi's character be the scapegoat character for CVs? We have seen character growth inother characters but why almost NIL for Khushi? We know CVs have always been partial to Arnav's characterization and I can understand that sometimes in love stories we get to see the story from one character's POV a bit more than the other. But story wise when poignancy is required why do we get a comedy circus that too through Khushi? Comedy can be done in a subtle manner too. And I don't talk this passionately about Kinjal Baniyaan (Yes I found out what that is yesterday and I've been scarred for life ), frankly speaking I don't care about any other serial. I/We care about Arnav-Khushi, we love these characters and I want to see proper growth in both of them. When my mum who is a full on Khushi Pankha calls me and asks "What is wrong with Khushi?"…Cvs you have a serious problem.

Episode starts with LP devouring Gol Gappe with Buaji while Laad Governor (LG) drops in again. Arnav Bitwa your wife's favourite foods are Chana, Gol Gappe, Aloo Puri, what a low maintenance wife you have!!! Well in this recession time its probably a good thing, we think you have fallen in hard times just by looking at the sorry state of your clothes….same old brown shirt and that horrible polyester suit!🤢 LP plays Tac with Buaji until she chokes and then sends LG on a merry-go-round chase of GH-hospital-GH by lying again (nose increase by 2 cms). Loved the Baniyaan innuendo here…See CVs this is what I call subtle humor.😊
LG brings the Doctor in the house and we get a Cock-And-Bull story (I know I know the story is definitely related to the past specifically Shyam and more importantly it was repeated by Arnav again) but I got distracted by Buaji's snoring here (nose increase by 1 inch…..it's a long story and as far as we and Khushi know it's a lie).
Meanwhile in RM we get 2 blank calls answered by Mami and Nani going "Hello, Is it me you are looking for?". But no, whoever it was on the other end, he was looking for "Aap Bhi Na" as she took the hint and went out. This miss calls reminds me of a couple I used to know back when calls from mobile phones were still expensive. They made giving missed calls to each other to an art form. One missed call meant "I have reached work". 2 calls meant "I am having lunch" and so forth.😆 Anyway, the lie bug has now bitten Anji as she lies about meeting someone outside. Hmmm…..who could it possibly be…any guesses?🤔
Arnav baby, a word of advice from a well wisher of yours (with fandom screaming behind me "Just Do It" already 😡) as sexy as this slow-mo-kiss attempt looks, frankly speaking its going nowhere so next time you have no interruptions, please be a bit more pro-active (read fast forward).
And you have finally found out that Khushi lied to you and left home? Even if your brain is still on vacation a round of applause 👏 and then you found out that GH doors have locks and you used them? Oh my, another round of applause baby 👏…we are so proud of you today!!! But Arnav, don't you think its high time when Khushi is advancing towards you like an angry lioness you don't back off and hold your ground? Atleast the grab was good.😍
Precap: Ooh Arnav finally figured out that Khushi actually left him for good. Ok we know that Men and Special Occasions don't see eye to eye…something about remembering dates. I mean you guys can't even remember Birthdays and Anniversaries so what's a 6 month anniversary?😕 But we women are very big on these things as you are learning slowly and today Nani helped you see the light. But honey, you needed a calendar to work out exactly 6 months have passed. Oh, you went to Harvard Business School and not Harvard Mathematics School. But as a businessman if you keep forgetting your deals and contracts, we might see worse things than that brown shirt. 🤢
