question for reduxians

if all of you read doodleberry's analysis today she mentioned something about shyam's sister and arnavs mother...
something about shyam's sister giving birth to a boy etc..

can someone please explain what doodle meant by that?
does this mean that shyam married anjali to avenge his sister? and are shyam and arnav related or something?
I didn't understand doodle at all today please help!

She meant that Arnav,s dad had a affair with shyam's sis, and she delivered a baby boy...Asr's dad ditched her, so Shyam has come to take revenge by doing the same to Anjali...

shit thats f**ked up. did they show that though?? shyams past or something...i havent exactly been watching from the first episode...just first arhi scene onwards!1
