Mami named Khushi "Patti Saree" when Khushi first came to Shantivan and she was selling sarees to Nani & Anjali but Mami dislike her so she torn out most of saree bought by Nani & Anjali...that's how she got the name...as for Payal on early episode, Khushi was with Arnav on the Naintial trip so she get Payal to teach Lavanya how to sew emboidery but her leg got prick by some needle and got hurt so that's why Mami called her Khoon Pari Thang...
