Why Barun doesn't attend award functions?

actually i feel the reason why he is not attending because in most of the interviews he has kept his wife away from media, like not mentioning much about her life, in one of the sbs interview, when the reporter asked him about his wife related personal question, he replied i dont think so she will be very happy if i discuss this, so he feels the pride moment of receiving awards which he cannot share with his wife (who wants to be kept away from media), he also should not attend the function except star parivaar he did not attend any other awards, though he won with sanaya as best jodi in these functions.

I think because he has been busy with the film and IPKKND shoots - and has little time leftover for his wife and family and friends - he does not attend!!

And all award events seem fixed with the blank Ram kapoor and boring Sakshi Tanwar getting every best actor/actress award!!! I have caught their serial - it is boring with no chemistry!!!

i understand...

i mean poor guy works for 12 hours sometimes even more

and of course he must be tired at the end of the day..and does not gets to spend time with his wife...not even on weekends..

so may be he stays with his wife by skipping such awards..

of course he could not skip SP since he was hosting..and plus it was related to star as well thats why...

such a sweetheart he is...:)

very true and for chemistry to be mentioned even if the slightest one is there bet ram and sakshi, people cannot enjoy because they cannot show intense and passion continuously like ipkknd as both ram/sakshi are above 40 / 30 respectively. and romance and passion goes always well with youth like arshi. as you said it is truely boring to watch these two, showing romance between this middle aged couple, will not be appealing to any audience.

whatever his reason for not attending .. I'm very happy that people on IF are nice enough to wish him and his wife a great life ... specially when his wife is not in the same profession ... Usually when a person is in the public domain and as popular and drool-worthy as Barun - people get jealous and start commenting about their personal lives - I have read some really bad comments about poor Barun and Sanaya ... and their respective partners so I'm really happy that we have so many good wishes for the real life couple as well as the reel life couple .. :) Thanks guys .. I'm proud to be part of this ... :)

Even i was thinking that maybe he just wants to spend time with his wife when he's not working and doesnt wanna waste it on award functions! And its good, stupid award functions are fixed ! I love barun!
