For some reason I don't think she will but if she does, I really hope it's AFTER Arnav surprises Khushi with this romantic guesture and they have a long moment together, get to spend a ton of time together and then Anjali finds out. I want Anjali to find out at the very end once they hae celebrated privately and then I want Anjali to wish Khushi a happy birthday and give her a hug and they are back to being close...That would be an amazing b-day gift for Khushi...

am I being too optimistic...hahaha

why do i have this nagging feeling, that at the end of the precap scene, she will faint, and arnav will have to take care of her for the rest of the day?😡

Hope NOT. What I really hope that she keeps the flowers to like be happy. And then she feels a bit tired and goes to sleep. So Arnav can finish his suprise to Khushi.
