Reconstruction happens block by block...

The storm that hit the raizadas destroyed everything in sight...trust..faith ...relationships..love...everything was levelled...turned to dust...and when we are hit by something of this magnitude...life and normalcy does not come back overnight...its not easy to get back to smiles and happiness...there is no magical respite...you cannot cry one minute...and romance the next...you cannot see one dear member of your household being shattered to pieces and get back in your room to play romeo and juliet...when a world is devastated...it takes time for the dust to settle...and life limps in...staggers in...not smoothly...not lovingly...not breezily...one hesitating step at a time...one unsure step at a time...life manages to lead us to survival...

Huge gaps have to be filled in...bridges rebuilt to cross over the gulfs...the rubble that brings pain has to be cleared...and then we start laying foundations all over again...its sheer hard work...painstaking one block at a time...but life wont let u quit...

And thats what the cvs are doing...i loved loved loved the way they have handled the resurgence of relationships...the rekindling of bonding...how nani stepped up with a smile for khushi's birthday...how the rude mami decided to shut up her vitriolic tongue and stay aloof...loved how arnav and khushi are starting off...its not easy...but they are both learning to rebuild...brick by brick...loved how subtly cvs pointed out the gupta arnav equation...how much respect and love he has for them...that he took everything without a murmur...and how finely the cvs pointed out the improving health of one of their aces...shashi gupta...loved the way they showed arnav ..his inability to express..his self consciousness..reticence..and his utmost difficulty in saying something as simple as Happy Birthday...it would not have worked any other way...lovely piece of characterization...gosh khushi u have ur work cut out for you girl...u will need a ton of patience...more patience...and loved how beautifully the contrast between the suave, polished and exclusive ASR and the middle class, earthy khushi was highlighted.😃..their interactive dialogues about the bag...amazingly real and rib tickling cute..😆...this is what happens when heaven and earth try to meet..we get the most beautiful yet chaotic riot of clashing yet harmonious colors on the horizon..😊.these two have a very very long way to go...if they have to meet at some level...both recognising and respecting each other's desires..and tastes...😆..ofcourse the relief we felt when we watched nannav and NK trying to work in tandem...it was a much needed and appreciated dose of some light hearted banter and humour...these two are finally carving a niche...notice how arnav smiled at the way khushi and NK interacted...the possessive streak taken over by trust and understanding... .and the last anjali scene... the most poignant reminder of harsh reality...of obstacles they have to surmount...of reality they have to deal with...while their love is taking roots ...anjali's whole world uprooted...

Cvs..take a bow...if u had shown hot romance...passion...rain sequences...birthday surprises..parties...it would have been wrong...all wrong...thanks for subtly reminding me why i love this show once again...👏
