yes it's his prejudice but why to manipulate him.. Anjali's need to make Lavanya perfect was the trigger there. She was not concerned about constant hammering that Khushi is receiving from Arnav.. If she really wanted Arnav to see the reality of Khushi she had many other ways to explore..

But she choose to Black mail him.. See there is the pure choice of Anjali to be a barbie doll...
