Anjali might go for abortion, but maybe at the last moment she gets cold feet, or Arnav / Khushi might find out and stop her... or just the doc might say no... after all she has to be at least 4.5 - 5 months pregnant at this moment !

If they had show NO baby... I think they should've turned it into a miscarriage... more sympathy than abortion... more TRP !
