I know i only got like3 likes or something, but i thought i could continue because like Divyanka said to me i needed to clear things up a bit, so i am going to try to that. and I would love to get suggestions and comments.and if u dont have time then likes. So i am going to start and let me know what you think
DIA'S Point of view
"Dia Mehra" The receptionist called out. The receptionist was a young lady, who was tall and thin. She had beautiful hair. She was wearing a white collar shirt and a black skirt. Looking really professional.
I got up took my purse, went thru my hair with my fingers. And tried to see which way led to Arnav Singh Raizada's office. There was no sign or anything. So having no choice I went to the receptionist. She was on the phone. Looking a little annoyed she looked up.
-excuse me, where is Arnav Singh Raizada's office? I asked as politely as I could.
- Go straight, and up the stairs she said with an annoyed voice.
Suddenly I felt so out of place. Why was I even here? I mean this was not the first time I was going to an office. I had been to offices atleast hundred time. But AR was something different, everybody here had so much attitude. Like they were doing something really important and they were the first persons to work in an office. And suddenly I just could not wait to get out of here. Walking up the stairs I could feel my legs shiver.
I went up and saw that the whole room was made of glass probably so that ASR could see that everybody was doing their work and not everything else.
I knocked at the door, I saw back of a middle tall man. He was wearing a three piece. It looked like he was on the phone. Suddenly I didn't know what I should do. Should I knock again, or wait till he turned around. After very much thinking, I knocked again. A little harder this time. This time he heard it.
He turned around. I could see a young man maybe in his early twenties. He nodded. I assume it means "come in" in AR. I went inside. And stood by the chairs.
-yeah Mr. Roy. I understand what you mean. But I gave you a responsibility, and its your responsibility that the job gets done. He said in a business voice, still on the phone.
I could hear my heartbeat, see my hands shiver and feel that I was sweating. Why was I so nervous?
- okay then, I will call you later, and till then you have to get it done. okay bye. He said and then turned around.
He walked to the other side of the table. And took his hand forward to introduce himself. I took my shivering hand forward. And thought that I had to stop acting weird. And get myself together. And give him a strong handshake.
I shook his hand, and said my name.
- "Dia Mehra" I said. A little louder than I should maybe?
- "Arnav Singh Raizada" he said in a strong, loud and stabil voice.
- "You can sit down" he said short and quick.
I sat down. The chairs were very comfortable. I waited a little bit' Maybe he would start the conservation, but he did not. So I started.
- "well I am here regarding a legal notice I got saying that I have to stay with you for 6 months, so I talked to my lawyer. He said that there was very little he could do, but maybe if we complain together then we might be able to get somewhere, so I was wondering if you sign these papers which" before I could say anything he cut me off.
- " Listen Miss'" Arnav said trying to remember my name, I let him think a bit before I said it.
- "its Mehra. Dia Mehra" I said a little annoyed. Could he get any meaner ?
- "yeah Mehra, don't come here and pretend that you don't want to live with the Raizada's. its everyone's dream. And I don't know how you have managed to get this legally. But I know you are after money. But you know what? I am not gonna let u live with me and neither am I going to give you ANY money. Got it?" He said again with the stabil business tune.
he was really pushing the wrong buttons. Why the hell would I even want to live with the so called Raizada's? I don't want any money.
- "Listen Mr. Raizada I don't want any of your money and I defiantly do NOT want to live with the Raizada's" before I could continue he cut me off.
- "yeah Right" he said with a sarcastic voice
- " I am not gonna sign any papers, who knows what you will do with them? I can't believe girls like you" he said looking disgusted
- " You don't know anything about me, so don't you dare say anything about me" I said, now I was angry.
- " I do whatever I want, when I want, and how I want, don't forget that you are talking to Arnav Singh Raizada" he said self confident.
- "okey, I don't know if anyone have told you this but I am going to. You might have achieved a lot in your life, but that does not give you the right to insult anybody, because at the end of the day you are just a human like everybody else. I wanted to find a solution for this but you know what just forget I am going to fix this myself. " I said loud and angry and before he could say anything I got up and got out of the office and banged the door behind me.
