I have read multiple post that the spoiler picture if from the CPR scene...I would have to disagree

I still remember when the picture of Arnav lighting the candle in Khushi's dream came out...We assumed it was an old picture and yet it turned out to be a spoiler picture which was telecasted in the episodes following its release...

So I guess we can assume that the new spoiler picture is a scene in the upcoming episodes ...

Don't jump to conclusions ...IPK is extremely unpredictable ..We can see anything in this show 😉 Just Keep Watching 😃

Ya, Ur right "IPKKND" is unpredictable!!!! Last tym wen 4 lions ppl posted Arnav lightin the candle v all assumed dat it was the honeymoon night part, but it came wrong, it happened 2 b Khushi's dream sequence.
