There is a Jerry Seinfeld episode where all of them go on abstinence, and the men's brains get addled while Elaine gets smarter.
Looks like that applies to ASR/ARnav and Khushi as well.. 🤣
They've been living together for 3 and half months, slept in the same bed all of four or five times. And no nookie.. OOPS!! On top of that they've been apart for 15 days! Close encounters with death (for both) and numerous whacks on Khushi's head (goonda, ASR, cliff, etc.) and a totally aborted suhaag-raat. No consummation in sight. So the Seinfeld effect is being applied.
After I saw today's episode, there was one question in my mind. Why didnt ASR just ask for Shyam's cell, dial the last incoming call and put it on speaker.. eh voila!!
Rocky - 'Yes, boss?'
ASR - 'My Arnav bol raha hoon. Aur Khushi bhi hamarey saath hai. Tumhare boss ko boll do hamein call karein.'
Rocky - 'Par yeh to boss ka phone hai!'
Deal done.
Never mind that ASR had clues coming out the ears regarding the kidnapper's identity! I think he got motive now as well (at least he looked like he did). I am sure he is gonna open his mouth. Let the minions fight it out first.
Khushi did all the footwork, all the detective work, hunted down clues, put two and two together and came up with four.
Abstinence seems to work for them. She has definitely gotten smarter. ASR - not so sure about that. But I'm willing to hold my horses for a bit. 🤓
