i think arnav believes khushi 100% even though all the proofs were destroyed and thde reason behind the slap was because shyam insulted khushi's character and arnav obviously got very angry about that! its kind of ironic because arnav has called khushi characterless so many times but now he understands who she is he can't hear a word against his beautiful wife!
