I don't think his character is being ruined.. They're just building up to the slap.. He is silent right now, so when he finally slaps Shyam it will be a big dramatic thing!😊

Oh God.

I know it was disheartening but can we please give him benefit of the doubt?! Its just part A of confrontations where he needs to listen and let Khushi and NK speak!

He has to hear things out the details he has been absent through. If you remember he has asked Khushi if she has any proof to prove her statement in front of the 'family' Even earlier when he saw Khushi and Shyam on the terrace, he didn't go out and tell anyone because he knew what it would do to the family and now too he can't say anything even though he trusts Khushi because he doesn't have any proof to prove his statement either. Shyam is a man who has been trusted and worshiped and both ArHi know that they won't be believed just by stating anything, however true it might be.

Arnav is quiet because his words are believed in the house, anything he says has to be at the right time and has to be the right facts.

I dont get it where have they ruined it, he doesnt know any thing about Shyam. He has only seen the Hug and nothing else. He should be under a shock and will take time for things to sink in and moreover If Arnav jumps in now what will he say when he knows nothing????
