It wasnt proper CPR :) there's a process where the person has to alternate between pumping the heart and giving mouth to mouth.

Also, the hand position for women to receive CPR IS VERY AWKWARD... as whoever does it to them will hve to place their hands over the right ermmm ... use ur imagination :)

Obviously they wouldn't want Barun to do that so he placed his hands higher up closer to Sanaya's collar bone.
