Lizzy - I'm a big fan of Mahabharata and keep reading different versions of it. I never fails to amaze me, the intricacies, characters, everything in there just awesome. I liked the way you equated Shyam to Duryodhan. I always felt it was Draupadi's insult (particularly the way she laughed) of him in maya sabha which he actually obsessed about rather than Draupadi herself. But, i do understand there are differerent versions of the stories. Thank you for your wonderful post.👏👏👏
