Hey lucky, i had the same thought cause they didn't show Shyam's face and maybe Khushi wont' talk and Arnav doesn't raise this question either. But, won't he at least want to know who caused all these problems? His dearest was almost killed right?

One thing is bothering me is hum aur gir sakthe hai from Khushi.. She will have to face some music I think.. Kuch samaj nahi aya..Even I was so tensed.. Dhak Dhak Dhakk and another major one is she untied herself.. that was a MAJOR MAJOR ONe

Yeah, blood means little chance of survival! They shouldn't be showing ASR crying over her for twI minutes than realizing that he should pump her heart!
But look at the bright side, at least it's not internal bleeding which makes it impossible for first aid to work!
