You know girls...sorry for barging in...but I want to share something in this discussion...I always felt Anjali was self entered,manipulative,dominating, over possessive and she could be ruthless at times...just the time she very ruthlessly blackmailed Khushi into working for Rm. and sorry, I cannot sympathsize with her physical problem because in the real world women goes through these hardships and comes out of it. So, I cannot sympathize with a woman who doesn't have any self-respect.

Priya ... let me ask u a Ques ... don't women manipulate in daily lives a 100 times .. when u tell ur child have the milk i will give u a piece of chocolate cookie .. isn't that a form of manipulation ...

What hardships .. she is a handicap ... how does she come out of a physical disability ..

From time immemorial .. one manipulates someone who is below us ... making ur servant do the extra bit of work not in plan & not paying her extra .. isn't this rampantly practiced ... making ur driver pick up ur bag & get it to ur house .. isn't that manipulation & exploitation ... ??

This always happens the less fortunate unfortunately get manipulated ... that doesnt make the person manipulating BAD ..

Now we all felt by marrying Khushi .. in whatever way ... ASR did her a favor .. as he got her off Shyam's clutches .. isn't the same thing applicable to Anjali ... by manipulating her to work for RM .. dint she provide Khushi a means to run her family .. wasn't earning money paramount here ... ??

Where in the serial did u feel she has no SELF RESPECT ...

Let me put this forth to every 1 here ...

Tomorrow God forbid .. someone who v hold in highest trust comes & says that our hubby is cheating on us .. what will be the reaction... INSTANT ACCEPTANCE ...

will it not be denial ?

Will it not be .. confrontation .. calling the accused party to refute the claim

The when solid proof is provided .. the REAL REACTION comes out ??

We have crucified her .. b4 she has reacted ...

And Shyam did it for his OWN purpose..I don't remember the family ever questioning Anjali or any of her decisions...

every women is Not sharp ...The charecter of a women can be changed by any one ..she can Correct her bad intentions we all speaking about a reedemption chance for shyamu who is Phyco..

the charecter traits can be changed as we face the realities ..we can do for our family happiness,if we think we can reach our beautiful world ..

But anjali case even if she wants to change her charecter ,,,comes to reality ..does she get her Life her beautiful life back.. a BIG NO...if she gets a Husband like Akash are mamaji ...anyone else even if she is manupulative if she changes she can get back her Life ..Not for man Like shyamu ..

...there's something wrong when she doesn't mind sacrificing others for the benefit of her family. Even then, her guilt didn't prick her, it was Shayms words of guilt, and even then, he only laid it on thick for his own benefit!! Wasn't he afraid of being found out or making life difficult for himself when Khushi was asked to return to work at RM?

Not sharp???? 😲 Anjali makes sure that sweetly she gets her own way...she put Shyam down by giving the bankers the cheque directly...she is sharp...

About not getting her life back, sure, but I will wait to see what she does first...

I think the lack of sympathy is more due to the fact that her character has always come across as selfish and manipulative...so it is difficult, especially as viewers knowing what others have been through, to sympathise with her...

c thats where i am confused .. i thot she was the fair one .. she was the one who keeps the family together ..

lets go back to marriage ...

She was the first one to accept Khushi .. she gave her .. her due ...

wasn't Anjali the one who told nani after MUH DIKHAyi ... that why blame Khushi alone .. ASR was equally at fault .. wasn't that fair play ...

Accept Khushi ... no one has suffered because of her .. & khushi too indirectly ... isn't all this ARNAV's fault .. he married Khushi .. he felt anjali is not strong enuf to bear the news .. he is the one who gave Shyam the second chance ...

...but she made that decision on her own right. she didn't feel the need to get their permission or advice.
