Arnav indeed has a heart. Had he not, he wouldnt have cried like he did when khushi got hurt (as we saw in the promo). And he's going to prove it further aswell by supporting khushi. Taking her side, making up for his mistakes! Im sure the battle will still go on, but arnav will prove he has a heart. Khushi very well succeeded in proving she has a brain!

I know Arnav has a heart.And it responds only when Khushi faces severe injury.But when it comes top trust Khushi he closes the doors of his heart.The man should open all doors of heart for Khushi unconditionally.Khushi should not get injured every day for her man to trust her.This time the rust should come unconditionally.The heart needs to accept Khushi's every aspect.
