Mishti said some cute arhi scenes coming up, so my guess is Mami will keep quiet, Arhi will come together or I am still hoping THE HUG happens at RM with ASR walking in...(slim chances of that one😕) and is surprised by how happy Khushi is with Arnav's return.

Confused, she decides to keep quiet and Arnav also keeps quiet about being kidnapped, she decides to keep a watch on Shyam and Khushi just the same.

Hopefully she will realize that Khushi is fully avoiding Shyam and is actually disgusted when he is around and does not miss the glaring looks or the tension between Shyam and Arnav either.
