I guess you are right, redwine1. But yeh dil hain ki manata nahi... You know, we took this journey a year back. There were obstacles and hurdle, we went through it hoping for the final sweet culmination ... Now you actually feel so sad for these fictional characters ... Hey it is really funny now. May be as someone said on this thread, I should see sbb and how the people are binging on pav bhaji and separate the fiction from reality.
You know, we women born romantic. when my husband wanted to see "gangs of wasseypur" , I told him "we will go to multiplex. You watch "gangs...", a movie which has been given 4 stars by all the critcs and I will watch "teri meri kahani" , a below average movie which has got at the most 2 stars .:)

yea asr & khushi have become extensions of us ... its gr8 wht the makers have achieved ... but on the flip side hero heroine together forever in love story will also end it sooner so some drama or the other is needed time to time to keep the sizzle going ...

but as off now ... i hope for a bit of romance too ... bahut separation ho gaya 😃

Read this in one of post of different thread read the bold part - as a girl i feel disgusted...

" i poured my heart on 4lions FB blasted them .u r vry true .who will not MU in such situations.my domestic help saw me watching the show amd said ha ha ha ha aap ye dekh rahe hai.every one keep touching this girl on some or the other pretxt. i felt really bad."

is this wht CV's trying to project?

You know I always wanted Shyam truth to be exposed...but they way they are showing using Khushi is what I dont like...I mean shyam is the problem and Khushi a victim

Lets wait and watch..maybe the CVs will suprise us

I am pretty sure they understand the audience reaction

its so nice to know a common viewers thot process na ... & look at her way of thinking .. its not very far fro our way either .. we too find it ewww 😃

Yes, they should show Khushi - real woman - who takes control of her life, gets her man and punishes the evil one . At the same time she can still be innocent, righteous, fun loving and good soul, these two traits can co-exist.

Dont these people conduct any market research before introducing a significant track...

I mean I know we form a very small % of the audience but I would presume the majority of the audience would not like Khushi to be victimized again.

Wow.. I like this.. From the mouth of the aam janta who matter..

I would like add my two cents to it.. I found the pics - touch revolting and pukeworthy..

But somebody asked about asr touching her and my feelings about it, that is before marriage.. She pointedly asked whether it is ok for asr to physically assault her as he was doing the same thing that Shyam wants to do.. When I explained to her about intentions part of it.. Then she said intentions are all fine but an assault is an assault..😕

Jessa the reality of the matter is NO they do not ... not on tracks .. also the audience they talk to is such small percent thats its not reflective ..

Actually if u see Indian TV soaps ... women are only victimized ... look at DABH .. No.1 show ... an educated woman ( heroine) is victimized because she is smart & educated ... Lets not even talk Gopi bahu . completely regressive serial ... BV .. premise is victimization ... hubby leaving her & all ... Soap audience is primarily women in India .. they love seeing suffering .. it allays their feeling that women world over r pathetic & sad ... progressive thinking serials unfortunately nowadays don't work ... Gone are the good days of Doordarshan when v cud see content like Rajni ... .

Khushi fascinates me .. Asr is a hero rolled in an anti hero mould.. On the other hand , khushi is good, honest but is not perfect.. Look at the other soaps where the female leads are sati savithris.. Perfect at everything.. I wanted a character like khushi to break the myth.. Break it in the sense that it is ok for a woman to commit mistakes.. And to be forgiven for it.

This is what wrote to somebody as to why khushi is different and why she is fascinating as a character..
