I remember when Arnavji finally outed the 'kyunki main *dramatic pause* tumhaare aur Shyam ke bare mein jaanta hoon' promo everyone thought that Khushi was wearing her, 'Huh! Whatevs' face. But actual scene toh was different only – full of soul crushing, sad rabba vey.

i think..he knows the truth i mean the truth told by shyam in then due to some reason shyam leaves in btw khushi enters and this gives arnav time to think upon which is shown in the promo...

But geet i think the hug was more of a protective hug as if he is pondering how to save her from all this mess. And no doubt about arhi love status. He still have no MU against her. See the way he takes the hand.

So my guess is some convo might have happened or some confrontation with kiddu leader.
