At that point of time it was stated that the news is just a mere rumor and has no authenticity to it! However, what we have come across now is quite shocking and a bit sad too. Buzz has it that Daljeet will no longer be seen as the loving and affectionate Anjali in the daily. She has put her papers down and is currently serving the notice period with the production house, likely to get over in July.
It is notable that ever since the show's start, one has seen Anjali being the reason of survival for her younger brother Arnav played by Barun Sobti. The two share a very strong bond and their love is simply beyond any sort of comparison. She has been Arnav's driving force and means everything to him. Anjali's character has been of an affectionate lady, whose happiness lies in the well-being of her family members. She trusts her husband Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) blindly and is completely oblivious of his evil acts. Somehow she even played the cupid in getting Khushi (Sanaya Irani) in Arnav's life.
Undoubtedly, this is one character which has appealed to the masses. Stating the reason behind Daljeet opting out of the daily, sources say that she is not at all happy with the way her character as developed in the show. She was earlier promised of a lead role but has now got limited playing a parallel lead with hardly any scope of improvement, which is why she has decided to back out!
Well, as an actor she has all the rights to opt for the apt role but we are sure that her fans would certainly miss her a lot. Let's hope if something can still make Daljeet give her decision a second thought!
