I understand he never wanted to marry and when he did he did that to save his sisters married life. He thought Khushi wants to be with Shyam and he never gave any thought about his future with Khushi.

I have wondered about that too...remember that earlier episode where Arnav tells Anjali that 'she is his entire world'. Perhaps when he made the tweaks to the will he still wasn't 100% sure of Khushi being faithful to him. That man does not think when he is angry, and if he still thought Khushi had even a 0.01% role in breaking up Anjali, she would be cut in his eyes from the will.

I do expect him to adjust his will to include Khushi after he gets back and this godforsaken MU is over. That is only fair, logical and something worthy of ASR.
