Yea i agree with you. But I would attribute it to his styling according to role, his awesome facial expressions that reflect either grief or happiness or flirtiness according the scene, and his body language which is also a part of acting.

Even i have felt that..lol..and i feel its mainly becoz of his hair...and...he has a very expressove face and acc to the situation it changes a bit...even his eyes can look distant...friend.y...gooofy...he is very very gifted!!! and to top it his face does shed and put on weight...u know what i mean!!

Yes Barun does look different from his earlier serials versus IPK and his movie mahurat pics. I think it's to do with his hair styling, clothes, makeup, lighting effects, etc etc.

A few things that remain constant are his dreamy eyes, his hotness and sexiness. Infact, his hotness and sexiness increase with each passing day. God help us all when he returns full time to IPK😉

^^ Ture. I notice it and wondered myself. Some of these actors, even in different roles, still retain their basic look unchanged. i.e. SRK in Paheli & Kal Hoon... or Akahay in all his actions movies. Its like watching sequels of the same show cos they retain the looks and mannerism. You recognize the same actor behind all the make up. But BS totally transforms in to a new personality. It's truly intriguing. Another reason that sets BS apart from the pack. It makes me wanna see him in a variety of roles. BS can brings in the freshness and the conviction of a different character each time.

I think BS is very good in experimenting with expressions and in sbs & other offscreen moments we see real barun who is carefree and natural. Sometimes even I feel He looks completely different from one scene to another. Best look for me so far has to be Holi/Diwali/Jungle/Gupta house visit during Payash wedding in whiteshirt😳 I prefer ASR look which is more manley and mature as too boyish looks. Barun is a brillian actor and fab human. ASR is yum😉

This is an interesting obsevation. I think this has to do with Barun'n ability to convey numerous facial expressions, and amazingly, he looks different with each of those expressions.
