I have noticed that frm first episode 😊

I always wonder how he looks different all the time.

Maybe as u said due to makeup,hairstyle...

However he is cute...

I did notice that also at different times.

I thought the differenced were very evident during his stay at the GH during april.

I heard that during april time he was sick and that may have impacted as his face looked little swollen etc...

Also his over working between the movies and IPKKND may be impacting his health and fitness.

But apart from this I do think arnav is a very versatile actor and combining this with modern day makeup, hairdo and clothes do bring multiple personas from barun very effectively.
