Nero is like who Shyam is in IPK.. a man who pretends to have a heart of gold and a sweet tongue but no-one knows that there is so much venom inside him!!may his end be the way you describe but nothing should happen to the people around him!!And what do I say about the episode... it was like the old days... crisp and tight... the NK/Khushi spying on Shyam once when he was wiping the stain and then when he was trying to fool Anjali... naniji entering the farme with Khushi and NK... Mamiji and Khushi watching shyam... and specially the havan scene which was shot beautifully and yes as Doods describes I too thought of the trident when Mamiji, NK and Khushi were shown in the same frame.. you could see all the characters who are going to have a play in the future of Shyam...except how was khushi wearing the earring as when it dropped you could see that it had the silicon screw intact!!
