I'll speak from a "neutral" tone...coz I have neither said anything abt the show/cast/CV etc etc...just a neutral response to GH

Well, well, Mr. GH seems like you have taken the rants of people a little too negative. Understandable people can shower their love in a form of anger rant n all...but I am sure no one meant that only Sanaya and Barun are the trophy winners, they all mention Sanaya and Barun coz thats what they see on the screen. Its "read between the lines", if there was no behind the scene team, there was No ASR or Khushi or any other character. So I'd suggest take their comments constructively and not personally. They comment on the entire team, coz reality check...non-fictitious characters such as ASR and Khushi and other characters are product of the entire teams work. Take a chill pilll😊

As for the current track, the audience is lil calmed down coz they now know the drag of MU is due to Barun Sobti multi-tasking for IPK and his film. But honestly, the expectation of issues arising and resolving in a matter of few episodes is created by the CV, hence the viewers find this show different from others, coz the resolution of any problems is solved STAT (like in a real life situation). This MU track is going on forever now, and with the fact that now its getting more dragged due to other projects, I think the viewers have a limited patience. So if someone rants about the drag thats coz perhaps the patience has reached its maximum. Once again rants are not "hatred"...infact they are another form of showing appreciation to your team how much viewers are glued to this show.

Lastly, the entire filler track of Bubly was just crap (sorry). POrtraying a 9yr old as a negative character kills the innocence of a child. Hence many viewers were ticked off. I guess, like you said you guys are humans...this was a mistake on your part, which you ended on a positive note (viewers appreciated that too)...

Once again Mr. GH or any team member...no comment is personally directed to Khushi or ASR...dont forget Without the 4Lions team there was no IPK and if no IPK then no ASR/Khushi/other characters...so all hail and praises is actually going out for 4Lions for creating such wonderful shows...

The reason why viewers want "ALL LOVE TRACK"...coz there has been no show on Television where the love life of lead is going smooth and beautiful "perfect dreamy love story"...May be 4Lions can break this record and create a show with "perfect love story with no problem (like misunderstandings/hatred)" and quench viewers thirst.

A Standing Ovation to Gautam Hegde for writing this article...absolutely a brilliant insight to everyday life of all the behind the camera crew members...mostly given a blind eye just cuz they are not seen on the screen...

ArHi and IPKKND rocks only because of this team effort...i cant beleive how much they have been bombarded by fans that he actually had to come out n write this article...

I just hope it shows everyone as to how IMPORTANT this show is to the IPKKND team...we the viewers may just watch n decipher/criticize it to bits...but remember is not out creation...

If very difficult to take the critisism day in day out n still keep smilling and delivering the best...

the worst being only recognising only one person's effort when its a team effort...

Seriously IPKKND, gautam hegde and team,...hats off to u all for taking not only critisism but anything and everything the fans dish out to u all...with a grain of salt.

IPKKND truly is a show made by a team who is as passionate about it as the fans...n thats what make is a # 1 show week after week...:)

We can all keep very silent, not criticize, praise all the good things done and keep mum when things go bad. But will it stop the TRPs from falling? No it won't. And yes we do praise everyone involved when a good scene happens. On the bandament day the cameraman and director got more credit than the actors. And on the GH scene the CVs got more credit than anyone else. Write more scenes like that and you will see praise pour in.

I totally agree Mr Hegde.. that we should be serious about other things like issues addressed in satyameva jayate.. if they had done a serious job about it..but I will leave that ranting to Mr.Khan.

My point with you why do u not have a creditable parallel track.. u seriously thought 9 year old girl creating misunderstanding among the second leads will lure mature audience from the trp leader which is focussing on an important track like remarriage of the daughter in law..

your core audience are romance junkies who like watching the show.. why could u not create a more believable parallel track on a separate lead..

I love arhi and u have done a excellent job on the arhi track better than any other romance track currently on tv..that is why core audience feel for this show.. but u have sadly butchered all other characters..save for mamiji..and shyam..

most notably anjali there was a lot of scope on her role she is just reduced to giving juice to arhi... and giggling...

if the amount of dialogues and screen time u gave to payash babli had been given to anjali/ nani and created a track like anjali having some issues ..like the baby not growing properly seeing a doctor.. any frivolous track..would have given a lot more mature audience..similarly anjali feeling insecure about her role in her brothers life.. shyam creating misunderstanding.. anjali resenting khushi position in family all these are twists arent they.. and they attract audience..more than kamlesh khabri track...

similarly buaji ,garima and babuji are fine actors they should not be brought on and off they should have been uitilised a lot more..

earlier there some religious like teej , janmastami, diwali which were done beautifully in ipk sadly all these are not shown anymore. Devi maiya which was such a cute and core part of khushi has just vanished from khushis life were all this for lavanyas benefit..

mamaji was anyday more entertaining than masala mama.. mama mami romance is a lot more entertaining and sweet than the breakfast/ iron romance of payaash...

i understand that some of your characters have other roles why wont they since u use them sporadically they need to earn their crust...but rather than having new entries u can have new actors playing the role..

mamaji babuji roles can be played by new actors...

ooh and seeing payaash on screen 🤢that is the time i seriuosly switch to watching child bride on rival channel..I cringe...🤢

similarly for UP based raizada family the devar calling his elder brother's wife khushi is jarrring absolutely jarring take it from a UP based family..

its ok in bombay ,delhi maybe but a family which makes a wife call her husband arnavji,,

and there sons bitua babua.. will never allow the devar akash to call his saali khushiji she has to be bhabhi.. no 2 ways about.. please rectify that mistake..

I agree with GH! This level of bashing is uncalled for! I think tuning out because of Barun being away for a few weeks is just not the right way to go!

It's like we are just not appreciating any of the hard work that go into making a show like this! They have managed to make this show a global obsession and that is not just due to SARUN but a lot of people's hard work!

Therefore let's enjoy the show and stop getting so political and nitpicking on everything! If we need to nitpick let's chose Amir's show to do so! GH is right! This much obsession with fiction is NOT healthy!

Wow...u do sound upset...well what about us?? This is only one serial that we all love...u can see us going crazy on IF...when we bash, its cause we r hurt...we expect so much more...

N u r saying that??? U made Arnav jee...look how he bashes khushi, will khushi ever leave him??? never...

So we will never leave IPK...cause we r in love with it...awww...dont be upset... plz...we care...we love, thats y its our right to get angry too...would u rather like we all go mum???? 😒

One of the most sensible post that I have ever read. Though all that is said in the post is what we are aware of, the sweat of the production team, the personal life of all the staff membors and what not.
But these are things that we tend to forget at the drop of a hat (or TRP), so the blame game starts. Please don't feel bad about it.

Bachae ke saath kuch galat hota hai to dunia maa-baap ko hi dosh deti hai, aur yeh show aapka brain-child hai to dosh to aapko hi denge na.

Your point about working hard and non-stop is well-taken. Nobody expects you to produce 250-odd awesome episodes in one year. It's not humanly possible. You will have off days, just like everyone else. That's perfectly acceptable. But the acceptance of mediocrity is not acceptable. Chalta hai has gotten us nowhere. Just saying.

As for telling us to watch Satyameva Jayate...I'll put that down to you being teed off and won't say anything about the patronizing nature of the...oh well..I won't! If I wanted a sob story, I'd watch the no-sex-no-passion serials that also air on your channel...SP. One would think you'd be pleased that people get all riled up about your show, no? Means they like it to the point of being passionate about it.

Your point about not acknowledging the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to deliver the complete package is well-taken. Why aren't awards given for editing, screenplay, dialogues, cinematography and direction at the SPA or other Telly awards? (or if they are, I may have missed them!) They deserve as much kudos as the actors and producers.

Stop being such a cry baby and do your job Mr.Hegde. We like your show. Actually, we love your show. And if you want bouquets instead of brickbats...let me hand you one. You have written very well since your lead actor has been on vacay.

Thank u for the honest post. We all are so emotionally attached to the show that sometimes its tough to realize its just a tv show. I have been guilty of ignoring my hubby and son and making them eat Maggie so that I don't have to cook and watch repeats of IPK😲 Not anymore I need to chilax now and enjoy satyamev jayathe with family😛 Since Arnav is missing atleast my hubby is happy.
