Arnav's 'I Love you' - not really a confession?!

Hi,

I am just wondering.

He is stuck/ kidnapped.

Can't tell his over emotional sister. The only person he can give hints to is Khushi. He knows she catches on to things easily.

Maybe just maybe, the "I love you" is to warn her. Tell her that something is really wrong given what arnav said is just not expected of him. Said just to get khushi's grey cells thinking. In the hope that she will realise something is majorly wrong.

Though, if this is true, it should logically be extended in today's episode to show arnav uttering another line or two that displays a "husband's affection - cauz then it would be definitiely be a hint to khushi rather than confession.

For others it is a natural thing : husband saying nice things to wife .. but reality all of us know..
