Hey all
I seem to have developed certain masochistic tendencies now
a days because I have started watching this certain show called Iss Pyaar ko
kya naam doon. That too, when I have been forewarned that it is going through
one of its worst track.
Anyway, I have seen like 4 episodes in a row. In these
episodes, Khushi is convinced that Arnav wants to kill her(literally) and is
running around the house in a haggard state. Ultimately, she accepts death and
decides to jump off the terrace. For a moment, my heart leapt with happiness. Then
I realized that she probably will fall on Arnav's head, fracturing him. It is
obvious that my brain cells have been damaged just before my exams. I don't take
lightly to such injuries. So here is a petition from my side regarding the
current track.
Dear Scriptwriters:
After watching the serial for these last few days and Khushi's
reasoning powers, I have come to the conclusion that her decision to end her
life is right. My inference is based on the following reasons:
1. Her ability to process things is the weirdest I have come across till date, even for a hindi serial protagonist. It is apparent that her brain is designed in a different way than usual people and is beyond repair a nd this defect is not acquired. Thus she should not be allowed to breed with Arnav (or any other living organism for that matter). It will cause production of a species which might be responsible for the end of the world.
2. She has explored all ways of falling into the guy's arms along with silly romantic music. What else is there to live for?
3. Arnav might actually kill her. Had I been in his place, I definitely would.
4. She has gone through 3 (or 2… I don't know) stages of wardrobe changes which symbolize evolution in television world. I don't think she is capable of going through more stages of evolution.
5. She has refused to eat jalebis. This symbolizes realization that "sab kuch moh maya hai". She has won over her lust for sticky sweet edible objects and now is ready to enter the afterlife
Thus I would like to request you to please let her leave her decaying body and move on to rock other planetary worlds. I understand that this might endanger my life but for the benefit of greater good, I am ready to risk my life. Also, you don't know where I live.
