the idea of using suicide has offended many, however, perhaps for whatever reason it was necessary. but the narration. gosh!
suddenly, someone who is bright, cheery, deep, knows and believes in the finest traditions of her culture, watches an indescribably bad tv programme, adds 1 and 1 to make 67, and comes to the decision that the man who forced her to marry him, who keeps turning up every time to take care of her and her problems, who puts up with everything including cowdung, is actually out to kill her.
hmmm.
methinks something severely wrong in the palace kitchens. the chief cook has run off with the scullery maid, and no one knows what to add to thicken this plot.

agree fear of death n losing a loved one only will push ASR to blurt out d truth.but they cud have given a more serious n believable touchto d suicide drama.why comedy.u kno the precap reminded me of d fake suicide scene by dharmendra in sholey..all d intensity was lost!
