This was the second time he meets khushi at the majaar, its supoosed to be one where ppl to fulfill wishes, they put locks with wishes in them on a tree & go with the keys, once ur wish is fulfilled u open ur lock, so Arnav goes there on Anjali's insisting & ties the Lock but throws they key which Khushi finds & go to him with that, Once she realises its he, she gvs him her piece of mind that he might be all powerful yet god writes destiny etc. he leaves n call aman to realise the fashion show footage, thinking he will show who writes destiny or not. so for me if he was forgiving, he wouldnt hv bothered to realise footage, which he had personally stopped at the first place jus to get his point acroos, for me here he goes unforgivingHERE IS THE SECOND INCIDENCE FOR U tanthya...
