The smart looking actor also said that the reason for exploitation of labour is the very tough daily schedule "so the only solution would be is to end dailies and start weeklies."...

This guy is going to bring a change of some sorts for sure...change the dailies to weeklies??tho' its hard one to break...its a TV trend all over the world with soaps

Barun's concerns are valid.

The solution would be for the artistes and other support staff to form a federation who can look after issues pertaining to their health,wealth and future.
